My name is Stuart Wells, a proud Cumbrian, now living in Leeds and working as a fulltime Graphic Designer. I studied Graphic Design at the University of Cumbria in Carlisle and moved to the city of Leeds in February 2023 to pursue my graphic design career.
Linoprinting is a fond hobby of mine, first starting the craft in 2016, when a close friend introduced me to this world of satisfaction and lent me the tools to get me started. From there, we have continued to share and trade our art pieces with each other - a tradition I hope to continue.
Each linoprint I create is inspired by things I like, and I take pride in handprinting each one. There's something special about the uniqueness of each print, as they all have their own individual charm when they hit the paper.
